Working with Your Family to Achieve the Best Dental Care

Dr. Aleksandr Dayanayev

What is family dentistry and who preforms it?

If you're looking for your entire family to go to a specific place that treats children, adults, and geriatric patients, meaning older adults or retirees, someone who can provide all these types of services for all three types of patients, then you're looking for a family dental center, right?

What are the benefits of family dentistry?

The benefits are that everybody from the family can go to the same place, and you're comfortable because your doctor knows your entire family. You can be very comfortable with the idea of seeing the same person.

Do all dentists offer family dentistry?

The answer is no. Not all dentists offer that because some dentists don't see very old patients or very sick patients, and some doctors don't see young children. There is a difference, and some dentists do see everybody. We have a family dentist office, so we see all ages and all walks of life.

What services fall under family dental care?

It's the same treatment you would have for anybody. However, some older patients require a little more attention, just as some younger patients, like children, require more attention and patience. You have to work really fast with them, completing the work faster than they can take. This way, the process is smooth.

How can I find a good family dentist in New York?

You're welcome give us a call at (718) 728-3314 to schedule an appointment and see if you would like us. I also encourage you to look at reviews to see if you like the place. If you already have a dentist, you can ask if they participate with all types of treatments and if they can do it.

In our case, we have all dentistry done under the same roof. We don't have to send you anywhere else for any specialist work, as all the specialty work is done under the same roof. It's also very easy for you not to start looking for other things. Consider how many times you go to a physician, and then you're told you need to see a cardiologist because that is a different specialty. You would have to venture out and find a cardiologist, or your physician can recommend one.

With dentistry, it's the same. If you need a specialist, the specialist would come to the office where you already are. It's a little bit easier for you because it's uncomfortable, but you already know everybody in the office, and everybody in the office knows you. It becomes a bit more comfortable.

We’re proud to serve our community by helping you and your family maintain healthy smiles. Call (718) 728-3314 or email [email protected] to schedule your visit today.
